Located in Bangalow within Byron Shire, Clover Hill is a 50 lot residential subdivision designed to support the continued growth of the local community while complementing the surrounding landscape.
J&M Bashforth & Sons was engaged as the civil contractor to deliver the major infrastructure works across stages 1 and 2 of the development. The project involved preparing and servicing the site for future residential construction, including earthworks, drainage, roadworks and landscaping.
Works also included upgrades to surrounding roads and infrastructure to improve access and support the estate’s long-term functionality.
Delivering a multi-stage residential subdivision required careful coordination of civil infrastructure works, environmental controls and surrounding road upgrades while maintaining construction efficiency across the site.
The installation of bioretention infrastructure and retaining walls also required detailed planning to ensure effective stormwater management and long-term stability throughout the development.
