Located in Brunswick Heads within Byron Shire, Bayside is a 12 lot residential subdivision developed to provide quality coastal living in one of the Northern Rivers’ most sought-after locations.
J&M Bashforth & Sons was engaged as the civil contractor on this project to complete the infrastructure works required to prepare the subdivision for future residential construction. The works included bulk earthworks, underground services, roadworks and landscaping designed to support both functionality and the surrounding environment.
The team delivered all works with a focus on quality, efficiency and long-term performance in coastal conditions.
Working within a coastal environment required careful planning around drainage, environmental considerations and site conditions to ensure the long-term durability of infrastructure works.
The project also required coordination of multiple civil services within a compact residential subdivision footprint while maintaining construction efficiency and safe working environments.
