J&M Bashforth & Sons completed a residential and equestrian construction project at James Lane, delivering the civil and infrastructure works required to support both rural living and horse facilities.
The project included construction of a large 80 x 40 metre horse arena, holding yards, surrounding infrastructure, stormwater drainage and driveway works for this private client. Additional earthworks and dam construction were also completed to support the property’s long-term functionality.
The team worked closely alongside builders, landscapers, stonemasons and other trades to ensure all elements of the project were coordinated efficiently and delivered to a high standard.
Delivering a multi-faceted rural residential project required careful coordination between multiple trades and careful sequencing of works to maintain construction efficiency across the site.
The project also involved managing drainage, earthworks and access requirements while ensuring the horse arena and surrounding infrastructure were completed to suit the long-term operational needs of the property.
