Located in Brunswick Heads within Byron Shire, Heathgrove is a 20 lot residential subdivision developed to provide quality housing opportunities within one of the Northern Rivers’ most desirable coastal communities.
J&M Bashforth & Sons was engaged as the civil contractor to deliver the essential infrastructure works required to prepare the site for future residential construction. The project included bulk earthworks, sewer, stormwater drainage, water infrastructure, roadworks and concrete footpaths and driveways.
The team completed all works with a focus on efficiency, durability and long-term performance suited to the local environment.
Delivering civil infrastructure within a growing residential area required careful coordination of underground services, roadworks and drainage systems to ensure all stages of the project progressed efficiently.
